[1]. Final Paper Submission
The deadline for submitting camera-ready paper has been extended until 20 31 October. Please check the guideline at the bottom of this page carefully. This is the firm final deadline. There are no exceptions because of the IEEE publication due date.
[2]. Copyright
Authors are required to transfer the copyright of their accepted papers to IEEE. It must be submitted by 20 31 October.
[3]. Conference Registration
Each accepted paper, regular and short presentations, must have at least one author registered at a presenter rate by 30 October at the website. The paper will be removed from the program and proceedings of ICFPT if ICFPT secretary cannot confirm the registration.
[4]. Author No Shows
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from IEEE Xplore after ICFPT2014 if the paper is not presented at the conference. If a presentation is not presented on-site, any paper accepted into the technical program will be withdrawn from the proceedings published on IEEE Xplore.
Submission of camera ready version of papers is managed through the softconf service. The camera-ready pdf file must first be checked by the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus service. Authors should subsequently submit their approved pdf file and the corresponding IEEE copyright form to the softconf service. Please find below the instruction to access the web site and check your camera ready manuscripts.

2. For each conference paper, click "Create New Title".
3. Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required).
4. Click "Submit PDF for Checking" or "Submit Source Files for Conversion".
5. Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click "Upload File". You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload.
6. You will receive an email about the check result. If your file has passed PDF Check, then click on the "Approve for Collection".
7. Download your approved file for the camera ready submission.
